Our Community Manager Assistants play a crucial roleinfostering a sense of community within our managed properties. Such responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, addressing concerns, organizing community events, and promoting a positive living environment.
Assistin day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries,maintainingrecords, and coordinating property-related communications.
Help curate andmaintainsocial media platforms to promote community events, share updates, and engage with residents online.
Collaborate with the Community Manger to ensure effective communication channels between residents, management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year of experience in customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level
Knowledge ofcustomer service best practices andconflict resolution techniques at a proficient level
Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
Ableto prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
