Chief Information Officer (CIO)

WPM Real Estate Management, AMO® | Owings Mills, MD

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 base salary + 15% annual incentive opportunity + phone allowance

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead technology strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across multiple affiliated organizations.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Management Team, the CIO will align technology investments with business objectives, oversee enterprise IT operations, and drive innovation that supports organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and vendor relationships
• Establish governance, accountability, and project prioritization processes
• Manage technology budgets and major technology investments
• Drive business process improvements, system integrations, and data initiatives
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
• Oversee implementation of cybersecurity priorities and risk management initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience
• 5+ years of senior technology leadership experience
• Proven track record leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation
• Experience with IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and vendor management
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
• Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service organization preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and industry certifications are a plus
  
  

Work Location Owings Mills, MD. This is an in-office leadership role with flexibility for up to two remote days per week after onboarding and integration.
