High-Rise Property Manager - Morristown, NJ

Salary: $80,000 annually

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high-rise residential community in Morristown, NJ.

Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and fire and life safety systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily building operations, maintenance staff, and vendors
• Overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects
• Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and reviewing financial reports
• Working closely with the Board and communicating professionally with residents
• Responding to building emergencies and coordinating timely repairs
  
  

Prior high-rise property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required. Candidates must be available for after-hours emergencies.
