Role Description The Homeowners Association Manager is a full-time role based in the Denver area, responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more residential community associations. Responsibilities include overseeing common area maintenance, coordinating vendors and service providers, and monitoring contracts and budgets. The manager supports board meetings by preparing agendas, reports, and recommendations, and documents decisions and action items. This role handles resident communications, responds to inquiries, and helps ensure compliance with association governing documents and applicable laws. The manager also assists with financial oversight, including reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting annual budget and assessment processes, while promoting a positive, professional community environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated capabilities in community association management, including coordination of maintenance, vendors, and onsite operations..
- Strong communication skills, including clear written correspondence, professional in-person interactions, and ability to run an effective
- meeting
- Basic financial literacy, such as reviewing invoices, monitoring budgets, and understanding association assessments and reserves.
- Familiarity with homeowners association governance, local regulations, and best practices for resident relations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, and HOA or property management platforms).
- Ability to work on-site across communities in the Denver Metroplex, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certification or coursework (e.g., CMCA or other community association management credentials) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial.
