About the job

The Line Cook is the heart of the house Team Member. This position plans, preps, sets up and provides quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials. As the Line Cook, you must have a strong passion for delivering and flawlessly executing recipes and plate presentation to delight our guests in accordance with standards and guides of the chef’s specifications. Must have a firm commitment to the highest organization, safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.

This is a Part-Time position.

What we’re looking for:

  • Self-Motivated Cook
  • Cooking for Banquet events, as needed
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member’s role in the guest dining experience.
  • Food Handler's Card required (or ServSafe Certificate)
