Starting rate of $24 an hour based on experience**

Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work on ladders or lifts to a height up to 85’
Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
Must be available to be in rotation for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and transportation required
Must have standard tool supply
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in residential maintenance/rehabilitation preferred
